PTO Programs

Thank you so much for showing an interest in volunteering with Westbrooke Elementary School. The PTO and teachers will be organizing many fun activities this school year and we would love to have all Wildcat families and community members join in! The more hands on deck, the stronger our parental voice is and the more time our teachers have to spend with our children.

Your time and talent are valued! ย Some ways to volunteer include the following:
โ€“ Lunch with your child
โ€“ Field trips
โ€“ Homeroom Coordinator
โ€“ Helping teachers with class celebrations
โ€“ Volunteering in the library
โ€“ Supporting a PTO family event

A festive elementary school hallway bulletin board dedicated to PTO announcements, designed without text but rich with imagery. The board is covered in a bright, solid background color and filled with neatly arranged cutout shapes: paw prints, books, musical notes, sports balls, and simple house icons suggesting families. Strands of miniature paper pennant banners in school colors drape across the top edge. Overhead school lighting casts even, soft illumination, while a nearby classroom window introduces a subtle, natural highlight on the pushpin heads and glossy paper surfaces. Photographed straight on at eye level with sharp focus across the entire board, the composition is symmetrical and uncluttered. The mood is playful, informative, and community-oriented, perfectly matching a โ€œWhere Wildcats Connectโ€ theme in a realistic, school-based style.

Get ADDitions Approved

All volunteers need to be ADDItions approved. The process is simple and only takes a few minutes.

Once you are approved you can volunteer for all events and come help out in the school as an HRC, lunch helper, decorator or more.
